A creekfront home in the private North Haven Point community has changed hands for $4.35 million—a nearly million-dollar discount.

Meghan and Jon Pardi have sold 14 Fairlea Court to Leslie and Mitchell Dorf, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. It had been listed for $5.25 million.

Fronting Genet Creek, 14 Fairlea Court is 2 acres with a six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom residence built in 2013. The residence has 8,000 square feet of living space across three levels.

The double-height grand foyer leads to the living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the terrace. The chef’s kitchen has Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, marble countertops and a spacious dining area with banquettes along the windows. The formal dining room also offers views, as do the family rooms.

All six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the master suite also has a fireplace and terrace access. The second story has a den with a fireplace and opens to a creekview terrace.

Among the amenities is smart home automation, with a Sonos audio system and touch pads in every room. The lower level has a gym, wine cellar and media/play area. The heated gunite pool is 20 by 40 feet with an integrated spa and a sunning deck, lounge area and barbecue station.

North Haven Point residency also offers access to a private beach, water access to the bay and tennis courts.

Natascha Tillmanns had the listing for Sotheby’s International Realty.
